Facilities

Essel produces in 4 separate facilities located in Zonguldak/Çaycuma in the north and Osmaniye in the south of Turkey, with a professional team and fully automated production lines.

The Çaycuma facility, Essel's first factory, produces on a 67,000 m² area with 9,000 m² closed area. Essel also established a recycle facility and purification plant within Çaycuma to support zero waste production.

The Osmaniye facilities strengthen Essel's production power with modern tissue machines and converting lines commissioned with leading Italian technology partners.
