ISMS INFORMATION SECURITY POLICY
During its operations, ESSEL SELÜLOZ may have access to its customers' business-specific and confidential information. Our primary objective is to ensure the security of the information assets we use in delivering our services andtomaintainthetrust of the institutions and organizations we serve.
In this context, our relationships with customers, public institutions, and distributors with whom we collaborate are highly valuable. The continuity of our services, the confidentiality of the information we hold, and the integrity of both customer and internal information assets are of ut most importance. For this purpose, we committo:
1. Protecting the confidentiality, integrity, accessibility (within authorized limits), and continuity of all corporate and personal information within the defined scope,
2. Providing our services in compliance with legal regulations, legislative provisions, and contracts-accurately, as promptly as possible, and without interruption,
3. Allocating resources, establishing, operating, and continuously improving our Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with there quirements of the TS ISO/IEC 27001 ISMS standard,
4. Ensuring that all business processes are carried out in accordance with the policies and procedures prepared and approved within the ISMS framework,
5. Complying with all applicable legal requirements and contractual obligations related to information security,
6. Identifying and systematically managing risks to information assets,
7. Conducting training programs to enhance technical and behavioral competencies and raise awareness of information security,
8. Establishing a dynamic structure to adapt to developments and changes in information Technologies and strengthening communication with relevant authorities.
